Shaneek Witherspoon brings over a decade of experience in the field of human services. With a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, she has worked in various capacities, including supporting individuals with dual diagnoses and complex medical needs in a residential setting.
Her managerial experience in multiple group homes and agencies have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with IDD and the necessary support required to enhance their quality of life.
Ryia Blow
Chief Operating Officer
Ryia Blow possesses a bachelor's degree in Human Services and a master's degree in healthcare Administration. Her professional journey includes managing multiple group homes specifically tailored to individuals with behavioral and medical diagnoses.
In addition, she has supervised program managers of residential homes and provided support coordination services across multiple states. Her expertise in managing diverse programs and her knowledge of healthcare administration make her a valuable resource in ensuring the highest level of care and support for individuals with IDD.
